Membership Cancellations

To cancel your membership, you must fill out the following form CLICK HERE. Cancellations will not be accepted via social media, phone calls, or any forms on our website or the members app.

 

It’s important to note that you must not cancel your direct debits until we process your final payment. All direct debit memberships require one month's notice, regardless of gym usage during that month or previous months.

 

This information is clearly outlined when joining online, and our staff will reiterate it during sign-up when joining in the club. Additionally, all paid-upfront memberships are non-refundable, and if you’ve frozen your during the term, those frozen months will not be deducted from your contract balance and freezing your membership does not negate the need to give one months notice.
