Having held down practically every role in the fitness industry Lewis is a highly experienced personal trainer and one of the owners of In 2 Shape Gym.
Whilst not being able to offer personal training full time due to commitments running the gym Lewis is still on hand to help our members and currently has availability to work with a handful of highly motivated clients.
Specialising in corrective exercise and strength and conditioning Lewis has a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in the fitness industry and is a qualified strength and conditioning coach as well as being qualified level 4 nutrition coach.

Rob Preston
Rob first started training at age 17 with no clue on how or what to train or how important nutrition was going to be.
Rob has now now been training for 30+ years & working in the fitness industry for over 26 years.
Through countless hours he has learned what to eat, when to eat & how important rest & sleep are to maximise results.
A healthy mind is just as important as healthy body, training isn't just about gaining muscle or loosing body fat it's about learning a new lifestyle & balance.

I started my training journey when I was 15 years old. Back then I was scared to even step foot in a gym, I was skinny & shy! I started training as I wanted to gain muscle, strength & confidence.
I’m now 10 years into my own training & I couldn’t be happier. Fitness & training in the gym has changed & impacted my life immensely & is what inspired me to become a fully qualified PT at 18.
I’ve now been in the fitness industry since age 19 & in the last few years I’ve decided to specialise in booty building & fat loss for women.
