We are lucky to be conveniently located between Kidderminster and Stourport on Wilden Lane and are within walking distance of Stourport, we also offer ample on-site parking.
In Shape Gym was designed by gym enthusiasts for gym enthusiasts. With a passion for health and fitness, we recognised a need for quality facilities in the Wyre Forest area and have established what we and our members believe to be the highest standard of gym and fitness offerings in the region.
