Our Supplement, Coffee & Sunbed Shop

Along side our fantastic gym facilities we are also fortunate to have on site our very own coffee bar and nutrition shop. We stock a variety of sports and health supplements to help support your goals as well as being able to offer speciality teas and coffees, protein shakes, pre workouts and snacks all the fuel your workouts and aid in recovery!

Aswell as feeling good on the inside we can also help you look great on the outside with our state of the art sun-bed. This is available to members and the general public and is available for use all the way through our opening hours making it ideal if you're working during the day or perhaps want to get a quick tan on a bank holiday.
